~ Are the kitchens fully equipped? The kitchens are equipped with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, four burner stove top, oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware and glasses for four to eight people (depending on the unit size).
~ What do we need to bring to the unit? Just bring your clothes, food, money and any personal items and leave the rest to us, and don’t forget to bring your ability to have fun and relax.
~ Is Internet service available? Free unsecured Wi-Fi service is available in our units and common areas. Complimentary computer use is available at Bear Paw Recreation Center.
~ Is this a Pet Friendly Resort? Sorry, no household pets allowed only service animals.
~ Is Smoking permitted in my unit? No, we are a smoke free facility, however you may smoke while enjoying the deck of your townhome and in other designated smoking areas.
~ What airports are nearby and do you have a shuttle service? Flagstaff Pulliam is our local airport. The closest major airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor at 154 miles. We do not offer any shuttle service to or from airports.
~ Do you have business services available? Yes, we offer incoming and outgoing fax services. Computers are available at Bear Paw Recreation Center. Please note, these computers are not business equipped.
~ What are your accepted forms of payment? Wyndham Flagstaff Resort accepts Cash, Travelers Checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card.
~ How do I obtain local road conditions? Guest Services monitors local road conditions, however you may call direct by dialing “0” or you may call 511.
~ If I want to take a tour of the surrounding areas how do I make arrangements for this? Please contact Guest Services should you wish to discuss your tour options. Guest Services will be happy to personally assist you with the tour that best fits your travel plans.
