Flagstaff: From Here You Can See Everything!

General Info:

At an elevation of 7,000 feet nestled below the San Francisco Peaks sits Flagstaff, the third largest urban area in Arizona. Flagstaff offers fun and recreation for all four seasons. Summers attract visitors from hot desert climates, while winters lure winter sports lovers. Fall is highlighted by majestic golden colors of aspen leaves, while spring blooms countless wildflowers along hiking trails.

Flagstaff has low humidity and an average annual precipitation of almost 20 inches. On average, summer temperatures climb to 90 degrees three times a year, and summer nights give way to cool surroundings. Average snowfall each year is over 95 inches, tantalizing downhill and cross country skiers. From late summer to early fall, warm monsoon winds bring rain to northern Arizona.

As a southwestern town along old historic Route 66, Flagstaff has all the unique shopping you'd expect. The downtown area hosts lots of art galleries and a wide array of restaurants. During the summer months numerous events and activities can also be experienced at Heritage Square in the middle of Downtown Flagstaff.

Downtown Flagstaff gives you that old historic southwestern feel with art galleries, restaurants, and lots of unique shops.
